PRODUCT INFO

All pieces are handmade and produced in small quantities in Los Angeles. Due to the one-of-a-kind quality and laborious nature of pottery, each piece will vary slightly. The piece you receive may not be the exact piece depicted, but will be similar in style and proportions. Please read the specific dimensions and information listed in the product descriptions.

 

SHIPPING 

Free shipping is offered for orders over US$100. Orders are processed and mailed within one week of receiving payment, with the exception of made-to-order items. If you have special shipping requests, please send an email to cyanceramics@gmail.com to discuss shipping options.

Made-to-order items may take up to 5 weeks to be created and shipped.

Orders are shipped via USPS and can be expected to arrive approximately a week after shipping, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of USPS.

International orders will take longer, so please consider this when ordering. International orders may be subject to duties and fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

 

LOCAL PICK-UP 

Free local pick-up is offered in Los Angeles only. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to waive shipping fees. Once the order is placed, I will follow up to coordinate a date and time for pick-up.

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. If there is a defect or your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 business days with photos and I will work with you to replace the item.

 

CARE

Ceramics are made of a durable stoneware, but each piece is still susceptible to damage if mishandled. Functional pieces like bowls, cups, plates, etc. are food-safe and dishwasher-safe. However, I always recommend hand-washing to protect the longevity of a piece.
